Exercise as medicine
More than ever, exercise is being recognised as a powerful form of preventative and healthcare.
Whether you’re living with chronic pain, finished cancer treatment, recovering from surgery, transitioning from physiotherapy or simply wanting to move with greater ease, the right kind of movement can be transformative.
Exercise is not just about fitness - it’s about restoring confidence, reducing discomfort, and supporting your long-term wellbeing.

How we work differently
-
Individualised - built around your goals, movement patterns, and any injuries or health considerations
-
Progressive - designed to meet you where you are and move you forward safely and effectively
-
Functional - focused on helping you move comfortably and confidently in daily life
To be able to design a safe and effective exercise programme, we start with a thorough postural and movement assessment to look at how you move.
This helps identify areas of imbalance, weakness or restriction, so we can create a training approach that supports better alignment, improved movement quality, and reduced pain.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include strength training, mobility work, breathing techniques, balance and stability exercises, or gentle rehabilitative movement.
We have specific experience working with people to maintain their fitness whilst they are undergoing treatment for Cancer. We can also work with you on exercise rehabilitation post-Cancer treatment.
What your session may include?
Depending on your needs, sessions may include any of the following. This isn’t one size fits all. You’ll be guided through movements that suit your body and adapt as you progress.
Strength training
Mobility and flexibility work
Breathing and postural exercises
Balance and stability work
Gentle rehabilitative movement
Aerobic Conditioning

Jenny was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what the underlying issue was and what I needed to do moving forward... very professional service.
Sophie, Ash Vale
I was recommended to Jenny to help with an issue with my knee. She talked through all the detail and made sure I was comfortable with the approach. The treatment I received was great. Will definitely be returning.
Danielle, Alton
Jen has given me several massages for my back pain and also helped me with pain management while waiting for a total hip replacement. She is very competent and deals with your individual needs in a caring and responsible way.
Anne, Haslemere
