Meet Jenny, your partner in recovery and confident movement
Hello, I'm Jenny. My journey into soft tissue therapy began 20 years ago when I lost my Mum to cancer. Watching her lose confidence in her body and mobility during treatment showed me how deeply physical and emotional wellbeing are connected.
At the time, the advice for people undergoing cancer treatment was to rest. We now know that appropriate movement and therapy can transform recovery and quality of life.
Around the same time, I discovered I carry the BRCA2 genetic mutation, putting me at higher risk of certain cancers. This became the catalyst for change. I transformed my approach to health, and eventually retrained completely to help others navigate their own health challenges.

First-hand experience
What started as personal training during my pregnancy in 2017 evolved into something more meaningful. I trained as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, then studied sports and remedial massage as a pathway to lymphatic therapy training. Each qualification built on the last, all driven by a desire to support people through the intersection of movement, recovery and chronic conditions.
In 2022, I underwent prophylactic bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction. I was subsequently diagnosed with lymphoedema. These experiences aren't just clinical knowledge for me; I understand first-hand what it means to rebuild trust in your body, to manage a chronic condition, and to work through the emotional challenges that come with physical limitations.

I worked with Jenny post successful treatment of cancer as I was suffering with Lymphoedema in my chin. Jenny is extremely diligent, very thorough and incredibly patient centric.
Jon, Liphook
Jenny is very easy to talk to, and through her supportive listening I have been able to open up about some of my own habits and concerns that were giving me physical problems. Jenny also treated my 12 year old for sports injuries and gave her exercises to do which have been very beneficial... I highly recommend booking a session with her.
Lana, Haslemere
Her expertise, personalised guidance, and continuous support play a crucial role in guiding me towards my fitness goals.

Treating the whole person
I believe in treating you as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms. If you come to me with lower back pain, I want to understand why you have that pain and how we can not only alleviate it now, but give you the tools to manage it independently in the future.
Pain, whether acute or chronic, affects confidence in how you move. It changes your relationship with your body. My goal is to help you reclaim that confidence, to listen to what your body is telling you, and to trust in its ability to heal and adapt.
I don't see the treatments I offer as separate services. For someone who's had cancer treatment and may be at risk of lymphoedema, you can't arbitrarily separate exercise from manual lymphatic drainage and compression support. They work together. Where appropriate, I'll tailor your treatment across different modalities depending on how you present. Almost everyone leaves with guidance, whether that's compression advice, self-massage techniques, stretches or exercises to continue at home.
I'll always stay in my professional lane, but I also make it a point to know where I can signpost you to additional support. If someone else is better placed to help you with a particular aspect of your care, I'll tell you.
